Sunshine and SPF

Everyone needs a little Vitamin D. Heck, after some recent blood work, I was told that I was lacking it. Now I try to sit outside as much as I can, but with certain precautions. I was taught at a young age to always apply sunscreen. It would help prevent sunburn and I later learned would help me age gracefully and hopefully without any skin conditions. I’m not saying to apply sunscreen everytime you leave the house (but it wouldn’t hurt) but to try to incorporate SPF into other parts of your life, likfe your beauty routine. Most skin care products offer a hint of SPF. While it may not be an overwhelming amount, it will help in the long run. Here are some great SPF infused products.
