I’m happy to announce that fall is officially here! While fall is a wonderful time of year, it also means that soon my summer tan will fade.
But that’s not necessarily the case. I don’t fake tan and I don’t plan on it, but there are other ways to get a great healthy looking glow.
I love a great tinted moisturizer and self-tanning lotion. For a great tinted moisturizer, I love to use Laura Mercier and Jergens self-tanning lotion. The tinted moisturizer may only last until you take it off until the end of the day, but the Jergens self tanning lotion will gradually give you a semi permanent summer glow over time. It’s natural, healthy, smells great, and leaves skin looking and feeling moisturized.
So maybe you’re not into using lotions everyday. I completely understand. There is a great way to look and even feel healthy and that’s my favorite thing: food.
A few years ago The Huffington Post released an article discussing some great and tasty foods loaded with carotene that helps create a darkened skin color. These foods include:
